Sorry your modem does not seem to support CallerID. Verify that the correct AT command is set to turn CallerID on and off in the “Modem Setup”. Modem Initialization failed possibly due to: • The serial port is in use by another (communications) program. • Your modem is off or not connected. • Your modem initialization string is invalid. Check your modem setup (“Setting...”) and try again. System 7 or greater is required to run Mac CallerID©.
